Heatherbank Planning Approved

Ansham has obtained planning permission from Folkestone and Hythe Council for distinctive overhaul and extension of Heatherbank, a detached bungalow situated in a prime position overlooking the English Channel.

The scheme features a dramatic overhanging roof sheltering a first floor balcony that affords panoramic views of the sea.

The scheme features terrazzo cladding to the existing ground floor masonry, metal and wood cladding with a combination solar and green roof on a shallow pitched roof.

The scheme is due to start on site later in 2021.
