Consultation open for Ice House Site, Encombe, Sandgate

Following detailed study, earlier consultations with neighbouring owners and local community groups, detailed proposals are now presented for early consultation and planning. Comments and consultation responses are now invited by 1st July 2018. The scheme features improvements to boundaries, particularly along the southern public footpath, uncovering and treatment of the historic Ice Well structure, restoration of a water garden and construction of a single detached family dwelling of exmplary design standard constructed from the high quality  materials.
