Planning Granted – Warcott Lodge

Dover District Council have granted permission for a redevelopment of Warcott Lodge in the locality of Maydensole. The practice extends thanks to Sutton by Dover Parish Council who rigorously examined the scheme and extended their unanimous support. The proposal comprises rectification of the previous fragmented development and extension of the dwelling and a new first floor extension to replace the existing roof with associated landscaping and boundary improvements. The practice planned a highly efficient construction based on stock sized timbers only to minimise site waste and carbon footprint.
