Greenway Planning Approved

Folkestone & Hythe Council has granted planning for the redevelopment of a generous family dwelling in Sandgate. The consent builds on earlier phases of work carried out under permitted development rights  with the new scheme providing a strong architectural narrative for the site which enjoys direct sea views of the English Channel. The practice has developed a bespoke architectural eaves detail that dominates the front facade referencing traditional boat building methods and while using soft handmade British bricks with unusual detailing referencing further maritime forms.
